Z-80 Homebrew Computer - Serial Mux/Power Controller

Flashing lights are good and all, but I was able to put the homebrew computer to good use. I wrote up plans for a Serial Mux and Power Controller on NetAdminTools. Now, I used a Basic Stamp for this, but, really, my homebrew is certainly up to the task. I had to add a PIO to the original homebrew. This PIO is noted in the schematics:
